As part of our ongoing World Around Us topic on the Victorians, our P6 pupils explored how people kept their homes and clothes fresh. While learning about home life before modern sprays and chemicals, the children discovered the importance of natural resources. Using dried lavender, they created their own lavender bags - just as the Victorians would have done. Our classroom now smells amazing! 🌷✨
