Our number of the week is 2! 2️⃣
In P1 we can recognise the number 2 and are working really hard on the number formation of 2, saying the little number rhyme as we write the number. Miss Montgomery was SO impressed with our rainbow writing on the Interactive Whiteboard. In Numeracy task-board today, we were practising the formation of 2 inside our clear boards, completing a counting activity in our booklets and making towers with 2 of each colour of Multilink.
In Mental Maths, we have been playing “Show me…cubes” (within 5) with the Multilink. We also love to play hide and seek with our “Naughty Teddies” and put them in order after we have found them!
