In World Around Us, Primary 4 have been learning about volcanoes and linking our work to Slemish in Northern Ireland. After designing and building our own papier-mâché volcanos, 🌋 and painting them — it was finally time for the big experiment! We explored the different parts of a volcano, discussed how and why eruptions happen, and then followed our group instructions carefully. The children added each ingredient step-by-step, showing fantastic teamwork and focus. The results were AMAZING, with every volcano erupting perfectly!
