We're going on a word hunt! 👀
As part of our Outdoor Classroom Day activities, Primary 1 went on a word hunt to find the names of the Oxford Reading Tree characters and the new high frequency words (and, the, a) that they are learning this week. The boys and girls had lots of fun finding the words, reading them and recognising the corresponding word on their clipboard, marking it with a sticky dot. 🟣
Afterwards, P1 made their three new words for this week (and, the, a) with natural materials that they had found in our beautiful school grounds! 🍂 🍃 🍁
