They have arrived! Our new iPads, bought with the money raised from our 40th Anniversary fundraising events, are here and ready for use. Last year we celebrated our 40th Anniversary and as part of this we held different events that helped us to raise some funds for our iPad fundraiser. These included our Tropic Skincare evening, our Birthday Bash, Easter Egg Challenge, Break the Rules day along with our church service celebration. We set ourselves the challenge of raising enough funds to purchase a class set of iPads (x30), some Sphero robots for coding and some Apple pencils for digital drawing. We are half way there already!
With lots of generous giving from our parents and friends we have been able to purchase the first 15 iPads along with protective cases. We were also able to purchase each classroom their own robot which will help with our coding lessons. Thank you!
What a difference these resources will make to school and without support from our parents, we would be unable to have these things ... so simply, thank you.
